Taking a good vacation now that gas prices are so low. $1.99!! I couldn't even tell you the last time I remember gasoline prices under $2. Maybe when I was a kid. Anyway, I'm stoked and hopefully the price keeps getting down or stays where it's at. This summer particularly, Spouse and I wanted to travel and go on one or two vacations, but the price of gas was too high to do anything. Maybe next summer, we will have more options. The girls keep seeing the commercials for Disney vacations and want to go. I don't think we'll be able to do that, but any new place would be fun for all of us.

Hate to break it to you, but it will probably be back up next summer. :(
But on the good side, if you leave now (and our gas is only 1.75/gal)
It would only cost you about $140 each way to come visit me, in gas of course. Hotel is another story ;)
Oh and that's figuring if you get 20 miles to the gallon.
