Easy Low-Calorie Banana Muffins

About a week ago, I was looking for new recipes. I started to scour the internet and thought to myself "I should check out Beth's website and look for recipes." So that's what I did and I found some good stuff! Beth found this recipe from Allrecipes.com. Talk about a steal! Not only are these low-calorie, have zero butter in them, but they are also much healthier than any other recipe I have. So thank you Beth, we loved them!

Easy Low-Calorie Banana Muffins

1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder (yeah, it’s a LOT of baking powder!)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup mashed ripe banana
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
dash of cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together well. Fill muffin tins with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

I just made these this week, too! Glad you liked 'em.

And I feel famous, being mentioned on your blog. I didn't think I'd ever win Fun-Fiddle-Faddle so thanks for the special shout-out. ;-)
